20 mins prepServes 3
A quick and flavorful dish featuring salmon marinated in gochugaru, sugar, olive oil, garlic, and ginger, served over noodles tossed in a rich sauce made with miso, tahini, peanut butter, soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, water, and MSG.
To make the sauce for the noodles, combine 1 tbsp miso paste, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp tahini, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp black vinegar, and 1/2 tsp msg in a bowl. Then, add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss to coat. To make the salmon, marinate 24 oz of salmon cubes in 2 tbsp gochugaru, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 cloves of grated garlic, and a 1 inch knob of grated ginger. Then, cook the salmon in a non-stick pan until done and serve over the sauced noodles.
